Make a DIY face mask with the ingredients in your kitchen - Pocket Sport

The best ingredients for the skin are always the most natural ones. Would you believe that you can make a simple and easy DIY face mask completely from ingredients in your kitchen?

Well, believe it. Sarah Farley, owner of Natural Mothers has created a simple DIY face mask recipe specially made for our Pocket customers. It’s perfect for reducing inflammation, stimulating blood flow and removing dead skin cells, leaving skin looking smoother and brighter.

Sarah specialises in completely natural and therapeutic self, personal and body care products, and passes on generations of tried and tested holistic recipes to empower women to take a more natural approach to their health and wellness.

Natural Mothers Face Mask
Ingredients:
2tsp natural yoghurt
1tsp coffee grounds
1tsp honey
1tsp lemon juice
4 drops lemon essential oil (optional).

Simply mix all of the ingredients in a ramequin, smooth all over the face and neck avoiding the delicate eye area. I love massaging it in as I go for a deeper exfoliation. Leave on for 10-20 minutes before rinsing away.  As lemon is photosensitive, you may omit these ingredients if you’re planning on going out in the sun 24 hours after using the mask.

Follow with the Natural Mothers face cream, a wonderfully light, whipped moisturiser with rose hip, jojoba, apricot kernel oils and vitamin E.
