Purple Dot is a waitlisting platform that allows you to be the first to get your hands on Pocket Sport’s next great item. Purple Dot will keep you in the loop the whole time.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
You will need to provide your email, shipping address and card details. All communications will be sent to your email address, including details of how to cancel and any updates of your pre-order.
What are my payment options with Purple Dot?
Purple Dot accepts all the major card networks - Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What happens if I cancel or return my pre-order?
You can cancel at any time <link tba>, you will receive an email confirming the refund and should see the money back in your account in 3-5 business days.
Can I change my email or shipping address?
Yes! Send an email to <email tba> with your updated details and a member of the customer service team will get this updated for you. You will then receive an updated pre-order confirmation email.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. No card details are transferred to or held by Pocket Sport or Purple Dot. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.
I have cancelled my pre-order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
Once you have cancelled your pre-order, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout.
Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancelation requests.
We generally process and ship all orders out within 4 hours, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend and after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Pre-orders will be shipped once the items are in stock, so please be aware of this when purchasing.

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £75
£3.99 for UK standard delivery under £75
£5.99 for UK next day delivery
£19.99 for EU delivery (all duties paid)
£15.00 for all international deliveries.
Shipping will generally take 3 - 5 days.
We do offer next day delivery. The cut off time for next day delivery is 3PM. All orders placed after 3PM will be shipped out the following day.
Pre-ordered items will be held up from shipping out until the items are in stock, so please be aware of this when ordering and choosing a shipping option.
Yes, we ship globally using DHL.
In Europe we offer an 'All duties paid' service so you do not have to pay any extra fees after ordering.
Yes we offer e-gift cards! You can see them available for purchase here.
On certain products we offer a Multibuy Discount which is a tiered system where the discount increases the more you purchase. For instance if you purchase 3 items you get 20% off and 5 items 40% off.
Please note if you send items back for a refund you will be refunded and discounted according to the amount of items you have kept. If you originally purchased 5 items at 40% and returned 2 items, you will then be entitled to 3 items at 20% off. Once we have received the return we would then refund you difference.
You will therefore not be entitled to keep 40% off your total order if you have not kept all 5 items.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer free UK returns. You must return your item within 30 days of placing the order.
To be eligible for a free return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Between 20th November 2022 and 24th December 2022 there is an extended exchange and refund policy on all items.
All customers have until the 1st Jan to send back their items during this time.
Yes, you can return for a refund within 14 days. If it is out of the 14 day window only a credit or exchange will be offered.
