Refund policy

We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders over £75 in the UK. We offer next day delivery and standard delivery in the UK. We also offer a global delivery service. 

We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping from the UK to your shipping destination could incur customs charges. 

As we don't have control over these charges, and they change per destination country, we are unfortunately unable to advise what the cost may be.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a free return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Sale items must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your order in order to receive a refund. 


Items listed as 'final sale' cannot be refunded or exchanged. 


We would be happy to exchange your items if they are returned within 30 days and in their original condition with the tags on. 

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time the exchange is processed, we will issue a refund instead. If there is no information in the new size boxes, we will issue a refund.

If you need your exchange in a hurry, we suggest that you place a new order online and return yours back to us for a refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
