Healthy Fig Recipes | Oat & Fig Breakfast Bowl

We've been obsessed with figs ever since the launch of our new Claude Fig colourway, so what better a time to bring out a recipe for a fig inspired breakfast bowl?

The team at The Coconut Collaborative was on board with our idea, and have kindly prepared a delicious Oat & Fig breakfast bowl specially created just for us.

The Oat & Fig Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Oat M*lk

¾ Cup of Oats

2 tbsp of The Coconut Collaborative Vanilla Yog

½ tbsp of Maple Syrup

Toppings:

Figs

Almond Flakes

Pistachios

Fresh Mint

Method:

  1. Place the Oats and Oat M*lk in a saucepan and stir through until combined.
  2. Cook oats over a medium heat for about 5 minutes, stir occasionally.
  3. Once cooked, pour into a breakfast bowl, and add The Coconut Collaborative Vanilla Yog.
  4. Drizzle with Maple Syrup and add all your toppings.
  5. Enjoy. 😊
