Working out is obviously extremely beneficial for both our mental and physical wellbeing, but what about or skin? With all of that sweating, is it making it better or worse?
Depending on your choice of exercise, you could be going to the gym, working out from home, or going outdoors. In these environments, we could be interacting with equipment, abrasive towels, polluted air, and bacteria on our hands. Whether we think we're doing it our not, we are touching our sweaty faces and all of that bacteria is seeping right into our pores.
